Our shipping policy
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive a shipping confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please note that the cut-off time to modify or cancel an order is 24 hours after the order is placed.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Prior to using any Pynk Eclipse Cosmetics products, we encourage all customers to read and understand the directions listed on the product label and on our website. This will ensure you are able to use our products correctly and safely. If you are unhappy with the quality of your item(s), we'll do our best to make it right!

To begin the return process, please submit a return request to pynkeclipse@gmail.com with 30 days of your order being delivered. In the subject line write " Request for Return" and a brief description of the reason for your return. Items that are unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received them are eligible for refunds.
We’ll gladly issue a store credit or an exchange for returned items (equal or lesser value of what was paid for the item) that are opened and/or used (accompanied by a prepaid shipping label). If the item is defective, you may discard the item after submitting proof of the defect to receive a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Our return inquiries are processed within 2-14 business days.

Pynk Eclipse Cosmetics is not responsible for unauthorized returns. We will ship them back to the sender at the buyer’s expense under the condition that the shipping invoice has been paid. If there are any unauthorized returns sent back and the return shipping fee isn’t paid within 3 business days, the products will be discarded.
